Halifax, Nova Scotia – April 28, 2026 - Chocolate makes happiness! Peace by Chocolate started as the result of people and passions coming together to advocate for a cause. The company is expanding that passion to open a boutique in the Halifax Stanfield
"It is a very joyous occasion for my family. A place that welcomes people from all across the globe can take a little taste of Nova Scotia home with them. With the growth of our company, we felt the next chapter was to design and open our first airport store location. Today, we stand here with something we built with our own hands, to welcome local and global travellers in the very kind of place that first welcomed us. That is not something we take lightly," says Founder and CEO Tareq Hadhad.
“The team at the airport have been amazing partners to help us get this store off the ground. This province welcomed our family with open arms in 2016, and we are honoured to continue our mission of spreading peace and love across the world at a time when the world really needs more peace.” Hadhad explains

“We are very excited for this next chapter for our company. This is the first airport boutique, and we look forward to making plans to expand to other airports across the country.
